To respond to item inquiries within a timely manner (three

The buyers utilizing this website hereby agree to the following:
To conduct themselves in a professional manner and utilize

To practice prudent judgment when researching/inquiring about
items advertised on this site such as, but not limited to condition,
manufacturer recalls, shipping fees, and any other pertinent
information that impacts the transaction.
To use the same prudent judgment as when purchasing from
other mediums such as classified ads.
The purchase of car seats is prohibited.
It is their duty to research a secured administrator to process
any financial transactions and that e Baby Consignment is not
liable for any of their personal financial information.
To provide payment for goods once arranged between the buyer
and seller within a timely manner (five days). Otherwise, the
seller may not sell the item to the buyer.
Occasionally errors, delays, interruptions, and misrepresentations
may occur and agree that e Baby Consignment is not liable for
any damages associated with such situations.
To release e Baby Consignment from any liability of financial
loss due to not receiving a product purchased or receiving

the purchase of an item, the buyer may be protected
